The hotel has decent and elegantly designed rooms with accommodating services, but the smelly presence of fungus was a drawback. Staff were very helpful and gracious, making all arrangements excellent despite challenges. The location is a big plus being near the airport and city landmarks, while the dining experience, although inconsistent, had some good moments.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, very close to the airport and in a nice area. The rooms were ideal for our needs, neat, and clean. The service was very helpful, especially Anil and his team who went above and beyond, even preparing fruits and sandwiches at 4 am. The location is convenient, close to the airport and city landmarks, but not particularly upmarket. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with moments of charm from select staff members. The rooftop dining with package drinks stood out positively. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
